Exhaust stacks? Anyone try it?

Has anyone tried this and if so, how did you route your exhaust? I want to keep the cat and my flowmaster 50. Is there any way to do this without losing the ability to open the rear hatch door?

I'm sure some will say, what's this for? Just a waste of resources and the ability to say "I done it! Heeehawwww!"

hack the rear behind the C pillar and run them up through the "bed"...that would be Bada$$
