I have an 88 comanche sb 2.5 AX5 231 I need to sell. It has 129000 on the clock and is ready to drive. I have had this thing about 6 months and have done abunch of work to it.
- converted to 4wd, I swapped in the dana 30, AX5 and 231 in place of the AX4. New retubed rear shaft w/ fresh u joints. Shortened front drivesahft. All that is left is installing the 4wd linkage.
- swapped in bucket seats and console from an XJ. Recovered the headliner.
- Swapped in a XJ prop valve and ran a new rear line to delete the rear valve
- ZJ V8 coils, new front shocks, good rear shocks
- New clutch disc, pressure plate, and slave cylinder
- Removed the nasty old Sportruck graffics
- 15x8 Gambler wheels with like new tires that are currently studded.
- Manifold back exhaust all new, No cat stock type muffler, stainless tip
Great running and driving truck. I need to sell to pay some bills that have popped up. I am asking $1350 or best cash offer.
