Breather Valve

I cant find the (pcv ?) breather valve any where. The gromit that comes off the valve cover. Is there a place to get one online? Auto zone and all the other big names couldnt come up w/ anything. Thanks for the help.

I found front at Kragen wasnt exact but i used a plastic elbow and heater line straight to air box.

both front and rear can be found at napa... not sure of the part # but a search would probaly come up with it
