Don't know - I get mine from a local down here. Look for a "Parts Plus" sign - they should have what you're after.

For what?
For a front Axle I would say it matters, and go get the Spicer U's, but for the 1310 drive shaft I don't think it matters as much.

The 1310's are $20 with a lifetime warrenty at most all Napa/AutoZone/Kragen type of stores, and at $20 get a trail spair if it dose blow up on ya. You can always check with the local shops if they sell spicer U-joints.

I know Drive Line Specialties in Concord carries them, but that is a long ways away from you. I remember a place called Comet Automotive in Fremont or Union City does a lot of wholesale parts delivery to shops around that area. Call them and see if they can get some possibly on special order. The other place I can think of is The Parts House, although I have no idea if either is still in business. I used to work in Newark at the Goodyear off of Jarvis Ave by the Raley's about 10 years ago.

I am pretty sure the change was in mid-year 96 that they went to the larger size u-joint.

My guess is that you have the 260 U-joint.
Can you go mesure it?

If you do have the bigger 297's get the 760 U-Joints for a little upgread.

Or go get a set of inner and outer Alloy USA axles to replace your stock axles, put a Full circle clip on that 760, or even spend lots and get CTM U-Joints in there! :confused1

Or go to a Pick-N-Pull and find some spair axles so when you do this you can replace them and get home:

thoes are the right ones - IF you actually have 260 joint shafts...

get out and measure your u-joint cap...

For 297/760 series U-joints, this measures 1-3/8" DIA. For the smaller / weaker 260 U-joints, this measures 1-1/8" DIA.
