Engine vibration question

To preface this, I have used the search function. I've got a 95 with a 3"skyjacker. A week ago I started getting a new vibration. It is specifically between the RPM's of 1800-2200. It doesn't matter if I'm sitting in park or driving. It runs smooth at any other RPM so I don't think it is a fuel issue. Do any of you guys have any ideas? I'm afraid to drive it until I get this figured out for fear of doing serious damage.

Are you fuel injected? If so, it sounds like one of your injectors may be faulty (or disconnected). Mine was running fine until one day when it started doing that. I looked at my rail and one of the connectors had come off an injector. Plugged it back in and it was back to its old self. Start small, go big if necessary. Sounds like your missing a cylinder.
