1999 Nissan Frontier ODO

My grandmother has a 1999 Nissan Frontier. The odometer shows: ODO, Trip A, Trip B, ODO? Why are there two ODO readings? One says 118,000 the other 190,000 which is correct? Has anybody heard of this before? It is computer ODO so it's not the rollover kind. Thanks in advance.

this may get spanked for not being in the non-XJ/off topic area.
however could it be one ODO for KM's one for Miles?

Our '98 Nissan Maxima has 2 trip ODO's as well. The key word is "trip". At least on our Maximan, you can reset them both to zero by holding down the button.

The purpose for a 2 trip ODO is so that you can do incremental distant measurements (short trips) on one ODO, and do a cumulative measurement (overall trip) with the other.....

Oh yeah, this belongs in non-tech...
