Help needed: Wiring for 87XJ to Bolivia

Hi guys,
a friend of mine has a ´87 XJ with a defective cable harness. The problem: he´s living in Bolivia right now and there are no XJs on the junk yards.

Does anybody has a spare harness which he would be willing to sell? Or does any company make affordable replacements? Does any company part out old XJs in the US and is selling the parts online?

The stealership in Bolivia is charging this guy horrible prices so any help to keep that XJ alive would be great!

An XJ in Bolivia!!! I thought only the cops had them. I work there sometimes but at this time I am in the carribbean so I am useless. The cops there drives the diesel version.
