i have one on my jeep, and all you need to do is drill new holes. however since the zj has wider frame rails the skid is a snug fit...at least on my jeep.

how snug up against the gas tank is that skid?
when I had my 94 ZJ, the gas tank skid on that took quite a beating and always came back for more.

well i just installed a new bumper on my jeep and in order to bolt up the frame rail mounts and line up the skid plate, we had to do one bolt at a time...first do the right side, then move the the left side (prepare to have a pry bar) and then back and forth.
