93-98 ZJ gas skid works on 97+ xjs....Just put mine on this weekend. Just needed to drill an extra hole and it bolts right up. And for $20, can't beat that.

I use OEM skid and Drawtite hitch. No interference, fit together well and the stocker is plenty of protection to keep from denting the plastic tank.

I use a Draw-Tite class 3 hitch with a Tomken skid on my '97.Works just fine.
