How far do i tighten the center pin on the leaf spring?

with a wrench and probably vise grips, then it will break and you will have to get a new one.

So get a new one first then tighten it with a wrench and allen wrench

YAY!!
Found the instructions!!
I have new center pins.
Used a vise grip and ft-p wratchet.
Tightened it to 25 foot pounds.
Yessss!
