Spline count for AW4

I have a 91 AW4 and from what I can tell from quickly reading through a few posts 1990 was the last year for the 21 spline output and 91 was the first year for 23 spline output. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

yeah thats right, my 90 parts jeep has 21 spline and my 91 DD has 23 spline
