Signals stopped working, hazards work so I assume the flasher is Ok, I understand that the early cars (mine's an 89) have seperate fuses for the signals and flashers, both of mine tested Ok.
Suppose the switch could have tanked on me?:gonnablow

Thanks, will do.
Just thought it odd that both directions stopped working together.

Think again, there is two flashers turn signals have their own flasher.

one for the hazards, one for the turn signals.
I've replaced both "modules", checked all the fuses, check the light sockets for corrosion, and still no turn signal, just hazzard lights.
I guess I need to open up the switch on the steering column and clean it.

have you put a meter to the fuse bock to see if the fuse has power?
I'd try and find where the power stops before taking aprt the steering column.
