anyone?

what would be the weak link? axle shafts? ring and pinion gear? U-Joint?

is it even worth the upgrade?

BTW its a stock rear dana 44 out of a 88 i believe

any input would be great on other U-Joint sizes (Pros and Cons)

I toasted some 44 front chromo shafts. Running 1310 u-joins......what's the point of going to a 1350?

The 1310's hold up fine, I wouldn't worry about it. It can be an issue with big power on a big rear axle, but even then many run 1310's successfully. On an XJ with a 4.0L and D44 rear end it should never be an issue. I've seen axles snap and t-case output shafts break all with 1310 u-joints.

1350 also has less angular capability than a 1310.

i was thinking about that...but i was trying to figure out what most people had, and whats better overall

thanks again
