Which wire?

I'm trying to install a set of Hella lights but I need to know what color the high beam switch is . I have a 96 XJ Sport. If anyone knows or has a wiring diagram of the headlights I would appreciate it. I checked Autozone and other places but to no avail.

Are you wiring it so the lights only come on when your highbeams are activated?

Yeah, normally I would just run the straight switch but I figured no reason not to use the high beam wire cause that's the only time I plan on using them. Been searching but only found one reference to a red/orange wire but not sure if its the same for my 96.

Ok, good. I was hoping you weren't wasting your time trying to install something that wouldn't allow your lights to be on when the brights were on......I'll disable that feature for my lights eventually

It is a 14 gauge red with orange stripe.
