To: Middle Gila Canyons travel management planning participants
At the last workshop, several participants expressed interest in organizing a field visit to the project area. We know everyone is very busy, and not everyone will have time to do this before the next workshop, but we would like to get a feel for how many people would be interested in participating in a field trip. This would be an informal get-together to allow time to explore the different priority areas, get a sense of the landscape and setting, build a stronger basis for our upcoming workshops, and - hopefully - also have a fun day out in the sun.
Please send me an email as soon as possible indicating your interest and if you are available this Sunday, April 1st, or any weekday between April 2nd-6th. Please also indicate if you are willing to provide a vehicle for the visit.
If there is enough interest, I will send out an email to the group indicating a time and meeting spot. Again, this is not a required meeting, and no formal meeting discussions or input towards the development of the proposed action will occur during the visit.

Any one Intrested in helping drive them around to help keep our trails open? Its this weekend. Im still broken.
If you have not heard Florence Junction is under review, trail closures are being discussed. We need as much local support at these meetings as we can form the OHV lovers.
