Personally I would go with RE leafs or BOR leafs. BOR's leafs are a little pricey in my opinion but I've seen how they handle offroading and one of the guys down here runs them and he absolutely loves them. If you do order the RE leafs, I always get great pricing from Jason at 4x4groupbuy.com.

I don't know good or bad about Tomken's leafs so I cant really comment on them (I do know the people at Tomken are good folks).I've got the prototype BOR flex-dutys on my rig , been running them for about a year and a half, and absolutely love them (got a set sitting in the garage to go on my wife's XJ as well).Huge difference (better) in ride quality compared to my old REs.After 1 1/2 years they've sagged maybe 1/4"- 1/2" and I haven't been easy on them.

I didn't think JohnJohn had anthing smaller than a 6" spring (?), and I am not that tall - maybe he will chime in and correct me...

Edit - I just checked out the side, and 4" is an option... hmmm.

My vote: Tippy Pickle..... buy BOR.

But if money is a bigger concern, Tomken offers NAXJA members 10% off and are great people.

Can't really go wrong with either. PM JohnJohn for pricing on his BOR's.

I named JohnJohn's XJ "The Pickle" before we built it.It gained the "Tippy" designation because of how tall it turned out.

Here it is a couple of days after the build.

I've only taken the heep out once since the lift, but I am quite pleased with the RE gear. I dunno. Maybe we'll see how they do by the end of the season.
