I am replacing my 98 4.0 with a 75-100k mileage 99 engine. What should I check/do before making the swap while the engine is out?

So far:
Plugs
Oil
Antifreeze
New motot mounts
New exhaust header (APN) - my old one was cracked and I just got the new one - right after the motor died....
Oil pan gasket
Rocker Gasket
Rear main?
Timing cover/front seal?
Waterpump?
Belt/hoses
Injector O-rings

Current O2 sensors have 200K+ but seemed to be working fine - no codes, good mileage, no carbon on plugs, gas smell from exhaust. Change these too?

Take a good look at the freeze plugs for excessive corrosion. If they look bad, they are a heck of a lot easier to replace with the engine out.
