Quick Fusible link Question

Is there a fusable link that would have burned out making it so that the radio, clock, and interior lights dont work?

Not sure on your 89, on my 96 there is a common fuse though

my 96 burnt a wire and had said effects. I hotwired the Radio, still no dome lights

I checked to see if the radio fuse was getting any power and my mulitmeter read about 11.5 ish so I know there is power there. Im really not in the mood to tear the dash apart.

Ryan did you run your radio to an acc location on the fuse box?
