Ok I have a RE 3.5" Lift on with the full packs but I want to add about another inch. Whats the easiest way to get a spacer in? Just unbolt the steering link from the pitman arm and drop the axle while compressing the springs with a compressor? Thanks!

Mike

Remove shocks and TB. The front axle should droop far enough down to get the springs out(I dont trust too many spring compressors). You might have to remove the bumpstops to get the springs out, may not have to though. Put in spacer, and reinstall springs and other removed parts. Taking off the drag link from the pitman arm may help.
