I had to replace the hydraulic throw out Bearing in the bell housing
it is the older transmition the BA 5/10 and I I can not get the system to bleed right it will get a pedel and then it will loose it any suggestions would be much appericated I am sick of getting covered in brake fluid

Get a vacuum bleeding kit. Believe me, the damn thing just WORKS.

Considering I've got an 88 with that asinine "internal slave cylinder" (which I'd like to have done with, believe me!) I can attest that a vacuum bleeding kit is money well spent.

I have tried everything gravity I used a vacum bleeding pump I just keep getting air in the system the fluid levle never goes down I need help figureing this out any ways i can check the system piece by piece

Have you tried pumping up the pressure, holding down the pedal, and having an assistant open the bleed valve, close it, and then let the pedal up? That's the most effective way to bleed anything. I don't know if you can reverse bleed the throw out bearing, but I'd find a good brake shop and ask them if the first method doesn't work.
