Yes, it's possible. It wont be ideal, but it'll work, or atleast it should work. We ran 33x12.5's on a 3" with no trimming in the rear for a day. It wasn't ideal, and rubbed on every corner, but it worked.

True, I didnt think of the issues involving the steering.
If I were you, I'd get a skinnier tire. If you really like the wide look, go 13.5" at the most. They still give that wide stance, but you have as many issues.
