Gonna let the old thread die on this.

I have a small group going wheeling Saturday March 24th.

Meet Time: 9AM
Hit the Trail Time: 9:30AM
Meet Location: Rogers Camp Day Area (gravel barn turnoff, stay left at fork)

Stuff to have (its unofficial, so we're lenient on SOME of this stuff):

CB Radio
Tow Strap
Tow Hooks/Receiver (a must)
Tools
Shovel
Axe
First Aid
Fire Ext

31" tires at least are a good idea. No set requirements on this run as far as lockers/lift/tires, but I'd really rather not be dragging a stock Cherokee thru the trails.

I have a small non-NAXJA group already gathered for this run, so there will be variety for sure

FYI for anyone who doesn't know the way out, I am sure we can group you with someone in your area who does, and you can meet and follow them.

At least I can drive in peace now that Rod isnt going :D

Are they going to reopen Browns by then? I thought it was closed at the moment due to the body they found.

Could be wrong though, and I hope I am, because i'd love to come!

I've seen nothing anywhere saying its closed. The OHV trail report section on the TSF website doesn't say anything about a closure either.

I actually put it on a couple days ago, swapped end caps and bolted it on. It looks fine, jeeps all healed up now. Its actually motivated me to start designing a rear bumper, hopefully before NWF. Then I'll give it back to you for your next victim :laugh:.

Hows your axles comin along?

It looks like we're up to about 10 people. Sean, a guy from Keizer is coming up with his straight axle swapped 90 something pickup on 35's with a few friends.

Well, we lost a couple and gained one, so here is a new list. Projected we're at about 13-16rigs. That might go down as folks back out.

If you are backing out and are on this list, please please please post up and let us know.

For those of you driving out there with a CB, I'll be on channel 4.

JR, looks like I have to bail.:( I need to run to the Steel Yard Saturday morning to get my cage tie-ins and grill hoop finished before next weekend at Goldendale. Be safe and I'll catch up next time.
