OK guys....I bought this stuff on ebay...probably from one of you! LOL...it is a air soleniod (just like ARB)......a pressure regulator...and the cool part a 4way air controler...air valve...see pic....now with only two wires how do I wire it to run either front ARB, back ARB or both ARB @ the same time?

.The air valve has an in, out, and lines 1, and 2

Well youve got a start to something! You can use the 2 solenoids for the axles, the regulator you could either use for Rancho air adjustment or a regulated tire fill.I use the latter so I dont have to tend my tires when re-inflating.

there is only one soleniod...and the air valve...the regulator goes in front of the two to keep max air pressure @ 100 psi so you dont blow up the arb's.... the solenoid charges the system the the air valve distributes the air........who ever I bought it from used it to run the 2 arb's in his jeep... and was able to switch between front or rear only and both or none....I would also put a preassure gauge before and after to pressure regulator to see whats going on

Easy:regulator>air valve>solenoid
I was assuming you had the air already "controlled"

Easy:regulator>air valve>solenoid
No...regulator>solenoid>airvalve...
Im looing for how to switch the airvalve to be able to control the four functions with two wires
1 nothing
2 rear locker
3 front locker
4 both lockers
Im suposed to be able to do that with this setup...but how to switch the control valve to do that is the 24.00 question

Sorry wont work!!!!!!!Your "so called" "air valve" is just a solenoid with 3 outlets(notice 2 wires)!
Ok ,just do it like ARB does. One solenoid for each axle! You need some switches and a couple of diodes to prevent the backfeed from the switches when in the independent mode(s).I was going to do a 5 position switch(you fogot to mention air only).

here is a classified for the 4 way valve in 120 volt....and I have seen this setup work in another jeep in so cal....maype teh body is grounded and two wires are hot and load

Ok so it has 4 outlets??????
BTW:solenoids typically do not use the body as an electrical conductor. The electrical portion is made of non-ferrous metals so they dont hold residual magnetism!

Excellent point,if that really is an "air valve" then it doesnt have an exhaust port. You either need to get the "cut-sheet" or do some playing around with this thing!!!!
I cant say much(since I work for "Big Brother")but Ive been involved with electro/pneumatic/hydraulic control for the last 20 years!
