I did a search and didn't find any numbers. How high can I lift and still use the stock uca's, lca's and about what height should I change to a quick disconnect?

I don't have the lift answers, but thought I'd tell you to make sure your disconnects are short enough so that the arms are level. If they're too long you'll do what I did and drive the left one up through the air intake box.

uppers - I would think up to abotu 4.5"
lowers - up to about 3"
sway bar - I know many people that have broke the stock end links at 4.5" of lift when they didn't disconnect, so I would say 3" is the max
