Y-Link Lengths

If you are running Y-Links what length do you have your LCA's set at eye to eye for about 6in of lift? I am not sure if the orginal Y-links were adjustable but mine are. I know that there is a bend on the LCA thus the eye to eye measurement. The directions say they are preset for 4-6 in from TnT but I recently moved and I am not sure how gentle the movers were on my stuff.

I know Bob at TnT is really busy so I wanted to see what dudes on were running. And checking here is way easier when you are 8 time zones away....hahahaha
