I want to put out an invite to any So-Cal folks who aren't aware, and want to join the BBQ/Potluck THIS Saturday in Mission Bay. We do it at least once a year, and last year we had about 15 rigs show up throughout the day.

Date: Saturday, July 15th
Time: 9ish-Whenever (yeah it's SoCalXJ, what do u want)
Location: Mission Bay, CA on Vacation Island
What: Potluck / BBQ / Bring your jet ski(s)

Why did it change from Fiesta Island this year??????? Boat ramp? You can't drive on the sand? Fire pits?

Fiesta Island is closed that weekend, some dufus picked the same date as...

There is boat access on vacation island, so jet skis are still a go. But no sand to play in :( at least not in our rigs.

I was wondering the same thing as Mike, I've obviously not been on SocalXJ in a bit also.

I'd love to attend but I'm building a "wax on" machine for someone on Saturday. Yes, I have too many irons in the fire and now I'm fabbing up darned janitorial machines.

I need a life in which I'm not working all of the time.

Damn would liked to have come but Ill be installing a 4.5" lift kit all saturday.

It is actually a bit closer this year... Maybe a few hundred feet but closer!
