i put valvoline atf dexron III/mercon in my transfer case on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee. Is that going to cause me problems?

No, MerconIII is what is supposed to be in there.

It will make you lose tire pressure at a rapid rate.

He just has a tire fixation. There are actually quite a few around here that suck, we just try to ignore them.

Where in Colorado are you located?

Down in Arvada. New to this site and to XJ's but both have been very helpful so far.

The transfer case does not care what type atf you use, they all will work fine.
