Rough start on an '01?

On an '01 with about 115k miles, we have a slightly rough start that lasts a couple seconds longer than it should....

Any ideas in addition to replacing the starter motor?

In rough start do you mean runs rough for a few seconds after starting, or turns over slow?

mine takes me about 2 sometimes 3 times to start...i know its the Fuel line check valve...but have not bother to replace it yet

Turns over slowly - over 3 seconds before the engine kicks, longer than on our '99 with the same mileage.
