Maxon- Dusy Trail - Voyager rock

Does anybody out there know if the trail to Voyager Rock from the Courtright dam is open? From the forest service postings on their website it sounds like the road is closed. If anybody's been up in the past week or two I'd love to hear what the conditions are. Planning on being up there next weekend hopefully.

Also is the full Dusy trail open?

I heard from friends who were up there that Dusy is open to the gate at the bottom of Chicken Rock. The entire trail won't be open until sometime in August.

Try this linkey. We were up there a few weeks ago the day after courtwright supposedly opened. I found it odd that there were many trailers there set up and looked like they had been there for weeks.
I think the FS lies, non the less one can call the number to the Prather office and get good info typically.
