Okay I just got a 92 laredo with the 4.0. Is there away I can tell what it came with from the factory? I was told it has limited slip but other then that I am not sure.

Pop the differential cover and check, also gives you a good reason to change that rank diff fluid.

I was going to do that soon but I thought I heard of a site you can punch in the VIN and get some basic info?

Send Jeep an email from their website with your VIN asking for a "build sheet", or go to your local dealer service department with your VIN.
