Is anyone interested in wrenching on my rig on Saturday? It is currently going through a major metamorphosis to 8" lift, 35" tires, 4.56 geared heavy duty axles, AA SYE, etc. I should have the chassis stiffeners welded in place by the weekend, so the following will still need to be done:

Clayton Longarm installation & front suspension dialed in

AA SYE & Tera 2-low installation

Leaf springs removed & replaced

D44 rear installation

front brake lines re-run to eliminate long flex lines

ABS system removal

A million small miscellaneous things (CB malfunctioning, roll cage padding, etc.)

I'm in no rush, but if we can get as much done as possible, I'll be in much better shape for all the events planned for the fall. I've been putting this off for far too long...

Mark, if you were up for some wrenching during the week just drop me a line. I work weekends so my weekdays are usually open. Bob

I appreciate it, Bob, but I don't get home from work during the week until 5:30 and I'd hate to see you take such a long drive for just a couple hours work. Peterbilt is coming by tonight, so hopefully we'll get the T-case done and the rest should just fall into place.

OK, just let me know if you ever need a hand during the week. Good luck with the T-case, just got mine AA SYE and CV driveshaft installed last night. Not to bad a job, only took two hours. Now I just got to find someone to trim my fenders and I am ready to go wheelin!!

That's great, Bob! Maybe we'll meet up on the 12th? It certainly has been awhile.

Sorry Mark, I'm heading back to school on Saturday, otherwise I would come and help out. What are you doing about the ABS sytem removal? On my 96 I just pulled the relay, the fuse, and put a pice of electrical tape over the dsah abs light. Been great for over 2 years now. I'll talk to you soon. _nicko_

Dunno about the ABS yet... I was gonna look into completely bypassing the pump and removing all the wiring, etc.
