That doesnt look like its 62mm, look by the IAC "exit port" and you'll see that its slightly wider which would mean its not gasket matched. Unless it's 62mm and then he precisely widened that area to say 64mm making it overlap the intake manifold opening proving to be useless.

or you could just bore it out yourself with a sanding drum and a drill press for free

I use 60 grit for initial removal, then 120 grit which is finer. Then finish off by using a 240 or 320 grit dremel polishing wheel.

i followed this guys instructions, just used a drill press instead of a drill

Just be careful you dont remove much material around the throttle plate...
