Seat Removal

I found a really nice carpet in a junkyard XJ that I'm gonna use for the wifey's rig. Anyways I have everything but the passenger side seat out and it's the last obstacle. One of the 4 bolts holding the seat to the floor is rusted out but i just can't get any of the other 3 out, any socket I try just strips 'em and they're REALLY rusty. I'd use a saw or torch but this is one of them junkyards that won't let you have torches/jacks/saws.

Any ideas?
