I have been doing a little work to be not so wounded on future trips. I have added new steering, a new crossmember skid, an air compressor, rock lights, and a Dana 44. I have new bumpers, rocksliders, and rear quarter panel armor in the mail. Hopefully next time I won’t be the reason we got off the trail after dark. Her is some pics or work in progress!

Did you ever get the "RUSTY'S" rear spring back together? hehe
Looking good! now you won't have any excuses to wuss out.
Let me know if you need a hand. It would be nice to come down where it's warm and "wrench".

It is the Rusty’s Tie Rod conversion. Went with it since you can by the tie rod ends from any auto store (CJ ends) and I can upgrade it to over the knuckle when I have the extra $ to do so.

Parts will be here tomorrow for the spring. Darn rusted bolts. Might need some help when the bumpers get it in, but I will let you know. We will see who is the bigger wuss when we get to Moab :looser: .

Safest street on the plantet. One Highway patrol to keep the traffic slow and to make sure we have license plate lights and two SWAT guys for everything else:guitar:
