Any main forum has an announcement called, get this, 'Joining or renewing with NAXJA'. Yes, instant membership is with PayPal, but you can also send a check.

I joined last year and mid-way through '06 my name switched from red back to blue... I never bothered to thoroughly investigate why, but sometimes I like to bitch about it.
