Hey! How ya guys doin? I just got my first Jeep product a 94' 2-door XJ'
I have wanted one forever. We have been married now for two months.

I started out with the intention of playing with it off-road, but didnt really look around on the web for groups or info. I found this site today while tryin to diagnose some problems. I havent had the chance to shop around for fun stuff because I have been putting out fires every week with this thing (sometimes they actually are fires) the previous owner was kinda a moron, "wired it all up myself", great, thanks a-hole. This week I changed the alternator and the radiator. Alot of other little things while I was at it. But hey at least its not 0 degrees out.

But I love this thing! wouldnt trade it or sell it for anything. I cant wait to come to an outing when it warms up. Hell, a girl in an XJ waved to me yesterday. A cute one, not a two-bager. Do XJ people wave?

Man I love my 2-door!

P.S. The whole electrical fire thing is under control

Welcome to the NAXJA Forum !

Regardless of what you want your XJ to do, it should get you there, if you have patience. Patience works a big spell here on this Forum. Search through the archives. Lot's of useful knowledge there.

Most XJ owners do not wave, most can't find 4WD and have been wondering for years why Jeep put that extra lever there. If it's lifted, you have a much better chance of scoring a wave.
Wrangler owners tend to ignore XJ waves, stuck up azzhats that they are ;)

From the sounds of it, I doubt the XJ earned you a Girl wave on merrit. She was probably trying to flag you down because the poor abused thing was dragging something, or it was still smoking :D
