I was working under my jeep today and I started picked at some undercoating and I found a nasty hole. I want to weld in a patch panel but I am having a problem locating some panels online. Anyone has some suggestions on where to get them or should I just make my own?

Try and find some 18ga. sheet metal or look at www.shermanparts.com they have XJ floor pans

Just a 'lil update, if you want the entire front OEM floor pan got to Amazon.com. I just ordered one $158.00 delivered. Its one of the ones found in a warehouse (96 XJ unassembled, right hand drive, floor pans are the same)

I purchased the Sherman panels for my 94 from the Canadian distributor, Cross Canada Parts...

I don't have them in yet but they do fit very nicely and as I am told they are handmade panels as opposed to "cookie cutter" metal. They are a nice heavy gauge that seems to match the floor (or what is left of it) and should be plenty strong when I spark them in.

I was going to get the same ones, but once again the S & H was high, would have been $125.

Dizzy-
158 delivered? I'm jealous...

Paid 175 plus 80 in shipping last year for mine.

BTW -anyone in South Florida weld sheet metal decently? My pan is still out in the shed, and not in the rig >:-(
