Right now I think it is a bit high. Once Desert Fab does my exo and I add a winch it should get a little lower.... I HOPE!!

These photos are with 35's. Thats about as large as I will go with my dana 30 with 30 spline Alloys. I will see how things go for a set or 2 of tires. I may go bigger if I dont get any broken parts.

Me too, I just talked with TnT and the 2 parts missing from my kit shipped friday and according to UPS should be at my house on wed. Then I can finish my X member install and put my transfer case back in.
Woo hoo, then its just steering and I can get it to Desert Fab for the other stuff.

Once I get everything running and in good shape I may take you up on the offer if I can get some vacation. They are a bit more than just sheet metal. The square tube is tied into the front and rear C-Rok bumpers. The tube steel goes over the fenders down the side and turn into sliders which are tied to the unibody in 3 places on each side. It is the bottom part of my exo. The rest of it will hopefully be completed in a few weeks. I am letting desert fab do the EXO so it should be pretty sweet. They are not bullet proof by any means however they are pretty tough.

As far as the lift goes, it may be a bit to high. Right now its about 7.5 inches of lift and I am running 35's. I am hoping that with the weight of the exo and a winch it drops a little bit.

As the self proclaimed liazon for the Arizona Chapter to the SoCal Chapter I would feel it my duty to help plan for your entire group to come on over to the Hammers.
:firedevil
Of course...I've only been there a couple of times myself. I still like my Cherokee!

I tried to find some photos of the Hammers. Can use send a link to some good photos that show how rough things are. Fenders are there to help keep it legal. I dont really care if they get beat up. They are there to beat up. THe back one has had a little abuse so far and has stood up well.
I need to learn how to drive the tall narrow thing now...

Old steering - Will not be used anymore - Waiting for my DEO high steer kit
Here is the latest update. I just got the inner braces from T&T, they forgot to put them in the kit. Everything is mounted and the jeep is finally sitting on its own springs. The steering GEO is bad, I know. I am waiting for my high steer stuff right now. I just put it back on so I can slowly limp to Desert Fab and 4 wheeler supply to pick up some stuff.
Tomorrow I will slightly adjust the front pinion angle, find out what shims I need for the axle, Fix up the transfer and axle vent lines and get some shocks. Once my exo is on everything settles the shims and spring perches will be cut off and welded on at the correct angle.

I ran into a few delays today. However, I still got the brake bleeding, front diff filled, transfercase filled and a couple other small loose ends taken care of. Hopefully I can back it out of the garage tomorrow so I can make it to some of the shops I need to go to.

I can't weld worth a dam so I can't help you with welding skills. My GF went out with some friends tonight after we had dinner with some of my friends. I am home tonight too. I may head out and wrench on my jeep a little. I haven't decided yet.

I seriously think my next mod to the Heep needs to be learing to weld. It's like anything though, you see beautiful pics online of custom fab'd stuff, but takes years to master to be able to create those things.
