Its alot ot cash, but it is what it is.
check ebay, they usually have alot of restricted PA/Airhorn/non siren units.
Speakers are pleantiful, and cheap, just make sure you get a quality brand, like whelen code3 federal signal etc

Shimmy, If you have a CB, go to GI Joes, and they have one in the auto section. I paid like 16.99+tax and such for mine. Its small and loud, stands up to the rain/snow, and works great. That would probably be your best bet. It isn't very loud under the hood, So I have mine mounted on the roof rail. Don't look too bad IMO.

To tell you the truth, I don't recall. Its loud though. I did a quick search on G.I. Joes website, and came up empty handed.

I figured for less than $20 bucks, Id give it a try, and I was impressed. Turn up the volume and Dynamike on the CB, the louder it gets.

x2 on the Whelen. Had mine mounted under the grille behind the bumper for about a year now. Its as loud as I could ever need and works fine through mud, rain and snow. Its built like a brick and fits perfectly, I just attached with some steel ties (no holes, no drilling) install in 5 minutes.

The only problem I have had with one speaker is alot of road salt got in the driver and shorted her out.
