I currently have a B&M cooloer mounted for my tranny and also another one for my power steering setup. Is there a difference in how it is mounted? I have seen them with the lines coming out of the bottom or the side. Does it matter which way it is?

Both of my coolers are mounted like the second pic.

Mount anyway you want...

Altho I would try to mount them in positions minimizing blocking the rad

wouldn't putting any object in front of the radiator be blocking it to some degree? serious question.......

I don't think the cooler interferes to much with the radiator if it was right in front of it. I have seen XJ's like this it they say its fine.

I had mine mounted with hoses on bottom and it would not fill completely. Always had air in it with no way out.
Turned it 90 degress and cooled much beter.

Mike,

If I were you I would route the lines into the passenger compartment with a bunch of extra. The you could just hang it on the mirror with a cloths hanger and pull it inside when it may get damaged. :D
