yeah, there is a puller, any parts store should have/rent one for a few bucks.

yes you need a pulley puller. local auto parts store should be able to rent u one

Yes, there is a special puller designed just for that purpose. Any parts store should have them.

when i pulled mine with the puller, it broke the pulley. a new pulley online was around 13 dollars.

If for some reason you do break your pulley, and can wait for USPS to deliver one, give me a PM. I just replaced my PS pump (on 99) and have a spare pulley already pulled.
