Was wondering if any of you had good luck with an alignment anywhere in the east valley (Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa etc.) I usually go to Desert Rat on Rural and the 60, but looking to try somewhere else. Cherokee is about 5.5" up on 32s. Looking for someone who is good with 4wds. Any help is appreciated.

Is this rig your DD? I used to pay for alignements also but it seems like such a waste since mine is not a DD and a tape measure is fast and good nuff.

It is not my primary driver, but I do tool around town in it time to time. I usually do my own too, but it is a bit out of whack right now. It is pulling to the right and it is going through tires. I am going to try to measure distance from front wheel front and back and adjust accordingly. I also know how to center it by removing tie rod to the pitman arm, but I am a perfectionist and can't seem to get it just right. I can spare the $50 for a job well done. Know what I mean?

I just got mine aligned after installing a 4.5... before alignment one of my wheels was facing a little different than the other if turned, plus the steering wheel was turned way right in order for me to go straight... I went to Desert Rat on us-60 and rural and in a very mean way they told me that they're booked for 2 weeks! So I said screw it and called 4 wheel parts in mesa where they told me to bring my jeep in at 9 the next morning (I called an hour before their closing). I dropped it off and within 2 hrs they called that its ready for pickup... I picked it up at 4 and they actually had me talk to the guy that did the alingment and test drive... He explained what had to be done (and was nice about it)... Alignment was definately worth it... Wheels face same direction now and steering wheel is perfectly straight.
I paid like $103 with tax and all...

Thanks Dave (DesertFab). I actually got it in a pretty good spot. Looks like when I replaced all of my tie rod ends I didn't replace them exactly how they were. So I just had to remove the wheels and unscrew one of the tie rods. Then I kept measuring the distance from rotor front to rotor front and rotor rear to rotor rear until they were the same. Then drove the rig straight into the garage, removed the link to the pitman arm, turned the wheel straight, and voilą.
