Sounds pretty cool, especially since we just enjoyed the weekend event there.
I looked at the sign-up sheet... over 500 people have signed up to help out so far. Now, if only half of the people show, it would be a great turnout.
I need to check work and school schedules to see what that week holds for me, but it sounds like a fun way to help keep places open and clean for wheelin....

After looking at the picture threads I'm wondering what is there to clean up?
Maybe some junkers in the mud flats?
The trails appear to be clean.

There's plenty of trash out there, especialy in Mule Canyon where a lot of people dry camp.

Rollins, Kevin, Mike G and I were escorting a broken Kurt down one of the roads in Mule Canyon when had to wait for a bunch of redneck wheelers to pass by on an intersecting road. The first three trucks looked like massive trail rigs. No beds, big tires shot mufflers. Following them where a bunch of stock pick-ups. Nobody wearing seatbelts. Guys standing up the bed of one of the pick ups. EVERYBODY has an open can of beer. No CB antennae. They have this look to them that's scary. Like they're out to kill or conquer. As they pass by, I ask our group, on the radio: "I wonder if they know they're on the easy trail?
As we go down the trail they just came up, we collected at least two dozen empty beer cans in mile and hauled them out as trash.
