D30 knuckle options?

I'm pretty sure I'll be putting on the Currie J-arms with the JKS trackbar relocation bracket on the girl's XJ. I want to raise the drag link connection and run a knuckle-to-knuckle tie rod on the lower arm.

What knuckles knuckle/brackets are available and recommeded with a higher drag link mounting point? I remember MORE had a kit for the YJ, and a buddy copied it for his XJ. Didn't Tera make a knuckle?

Any other ideas?

Teraflex makes a knuckle. Also, Down East Offroad has a kit for D30 'hi' steer.
