Aw crap....I broke it...

The last thing I went to do before starting up my rig after the tranny swap was to hook up the "throttle" cable that runs from the AW-4 to the throttle body. I just noticed that I drug the jack over it and fubard the adjuster and the end. Murphy is an optimist.

Anybody got one? I can't even score one from the dealer until Tuesday and they want $75.

Tom, I might have one in the back of the 'manche. Can't say I remember how hard they are to get off the trans though?

What I need is the little clip on the end of the cable and the adjuster. IIRC, if you remove the clip and then press down on the release on the adjuster, it will slide off the end of the cable.

OK, it's present and accounted for, once I found the trans in the bed of the MJ.. lots of crap in there! It looks like I'll have to clip the barb off the end of the cable to get the pieces off, but I'm sure you have some method of re-securing all the parts on your end.

I'll be rolling South midday tomorrow, will drop it off.
