my power locks arent working on my 91, when i hit the switch in the drivers door, the relay clicks, i dont hear the actuators try to move though, also, when i hit the switch on the pass. side, nothing happens, no clicks, no nothing

Try using the human power locks, press the little black switch forward on every door that is unlocked.

I have 2 Jeeps that dont have power windows or door locks because I think they are both failure prone and unnecessary.

ummm, i have them, so i want them to work

take off the door panel and check to see if there is any power going to the lock. if not than that your problem. i would also think about replacing the relay. that is my guess. any questions just ask.

edited - just read it was on a 91, what i found wasn't for that year.
