every now and then it wont shift into first while stopped/ shifts real hard. and sitting at lights in first with clutch depressed it will pull forward just a little in a pulsing manner. im thinking mc or throwout bearing. anyone know for sure? or what to look for?

My AX-15 has the same problem: Often very hard to put in 1st gear from a dead stop when warm. My solution is to put it in 1st before coming to a complete stop. Your other problem sounds like slave cylinder/throwout bearing. Your 93 has the internal slave/throwout bearing component, which requires dropping the tranny to change. Not as bad a job as it sounds, just watch out for those 2 reverse head torx bolts at the top of the bell housing.

adjustment of you slave cylinder, that way the clutch fully disengauges.
