i have a 97 4.0 and neep to replace my tps. i heard that you have to adjust it when you install it, but everytme i read something about it, they are talking about older xjs. do i have to adjust mine when i install it , and how?

Only the older ones can be adjusted

it's as simple as two torx screws and unplugging the old one.
