96 4.0 running way rich

Well, i believe my engine is running way rich, i put a bored out tb on but its been running rich before the tb. My engine also feels like its kicking in at around 3250rpms when accelerating hard, what do you guys think is causing this, and what can i do to solve it, any thoughts are appreciated, thanks

have u checked the O2 sensor?
and have u ever had your injectors cleaned or replaced?
