hey guys,
dont worry its not one of those, what is this little globe behind my bumper and what does it do threads

i just wanted to know if anything special needs to be done after disconnecting the tube and relocating it.

thats what i figured there was some sort valve that would create the vacuum after the engine started again. thanks
